Zero Tolarance
At WebNX, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, and bullying in the workplace. We believe that every employee has the right to work in a safe and respectful environment, free from any form of discrimination or harassment.
Our zero-tolerance policy applies to all employees, including managers, supervisors, and other members of the leadership team. We take all complaints and reports of discrimination, harassment, and bullying seriously, and we investigate them promptly and thoroughly. We also provide support and resources to employees who have experienced or witnessed any form of discrimination or harassment.
Safety and Security
At WebNX, we take workplace safety and security very seriously, and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence in the workplace. We believe that every employee has the right to work in an environment that is free from any kind of harassment, intimidation, or violence, and we are committed to ensuring that this right is upheld at all times.
Bullying
Bullying, including any behavior that is intended to intimidate, humiliate, or degrade another person.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment, including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
Violence or the Threat of Violence
Violence or the threat of violence, including any action or behavior that could reasonably be perceived as a threat to the safety or well-being of another person.
Discrimination
Discrimination, including any action or behavior that unfairly treats employees or job applicants on the basis of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
Several Measures
To reinforce our zero-tolerance policy, we have implemented several measures to prevent and address workplace discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
Clear Policies and Procedures
We have clear policies and procedures in place that prohibit discrimination, harassment, and bullying in the workplace. These policies are communicated to all employees during onboarding, and are reinforced through regular training sessions.
Anonymous Reporting
We provide a confidential and anonymous reporting mechanism for employees to report incidents of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. Employees can report incidents through a third-party hotline or an online reporting system.
Investigation and Resolution Process
We have a well-defined investigation and resolution process in place for handling complaints of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. We investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly, and take appropriate action to address the issue and prevent it from happening again.
Training and Education
We provide regular training and education to our employees on the topics of workplace discrimination, harassment, and bullying. This includes training on recognizing and reporting incidents, and on creating a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Accountability
We hold all employees accountable for their actions and behavior in the workplace. We take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate our zero-tolerance policy, up to and including termination of employment.

We take all reports of harassment, discrimination, or violence very seriously, and we investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly. We also take steps to protect the safety and well-being of the complainant, and we ensure that there is no retaliation against anyone who reports or participates in an investigation of harassment, discrimination, or violence.
If we find that an employee has violated our zero-tolerance policy, we take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment. We also work closely with law enforcement if necessary, to ensure that any criminal behavior is properly addressed.

We also encourage employees to report any incidents of harassment, discrimination, or violence, and we have established multiple channels for reporting, including a confidential hotline and a dedicated email address.
